How do I return a purchased item?

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase from the date of delivery, without giving a reason. The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
