Coco Plug is a high-quality substrate made from coconut husk, Premium grade, ideal for snakes, bearded dragons, chameleons, turtles, geckos and other lizards.

After preparing the 4.5 kg package according to the manufacturer’s guidelines, you get over 55 – 65 L of product.
Packaging:
- Chip thickness 12-22 mm
- Available in 4.5 kg blocks of compressed substrate.
Preparation:
– a 100-liter container is useful for preparing one package, a construction bucket can be used
– place in the container and remove the foil from the top
– remove the label
– pour 3 liters of lukewarm water
– wait 15-20 minutes
– add 1-2 liters depending on the desired moisture level
– wait 15-20 minutes
– cut the rest of the packaging, pour out, sometimes manually crush any lumps
– mix and it’s ready
– if the prepared coconut is too moist, leave in a warm place for 12-24 hours, stirring occasionally
If you have too much prepared substrate left, leave it in a warm place, stir 1-2 times a day, so the substrate can evaporate excess moisture. The box must not be tightly closed.
